Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable fees must be paid within the timeframe communicated during registration. Global Healthcare Hub reserves the right to withhold access to training, course materials, assessments, or certification where required fees remain outstanding.

4. Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

Students who wish to cancel or withdraw from a course or training programme should notify Global Healthcare Hub as soon as reasonably possible. Any eligibility for a refund, transfer, credit, or rescheduling will be determined in accordance with the cancellation or refund terms communicated at the time of registration and any applicable law. Where Global Healthcare Hub cancels or reschedules a programme, affected students will be informed and, where appropriate, offered an alternative date, course credit, or refund. Failure to attend a scheduled programme without prior notice may affect eligibility for a refund or transfer.

5. Attendance and Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes, practical sessions, assessments, and other required training activities punctually and regularly. Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully, follow all health and safety instructions, use training equipment appropriately, and comply with instructions given by trainers or authorised staff. Students are responsible for completing required coursework and assessments honestly and for providing accurate information where requested. Repeated absence, misconduct, unsafe behaviour, academic dishonesty, or serious violation of training rules may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from a programme, subject to applicable policies and law.

6. Practical Training and Safety

Students participating in practical training must follow all safety, infection prevention, and instructor guidance provided by Global Healthcare Hub. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used where required, and all equipment, training materials, and facilities must be handled safely and responsibly. Students must not perform procedures for which they have not received appropriate instruction or supervision. Any accident, injury, exposure, equipment damage, or unsafe condition must be reported immediately to the trainer or authorised staff. Global Healthcare Hub reserves the right to stop a student from participating in a practical activity where their conduct may pose a risk to themselves or others.

7. Assessments and Certification

Students may be required to complete written assessments, practical demonstrations, competency checks, assignments, or other forms of evaluation as part of their training programme. Certificates will only be issued to students who meet the applicable attendance, assessment, competency, and course completion requirements. Participation in or payment for a programme does not automatically guarantee successful completion or certification. Global Healthcare Hub reserves the right to withhold certification where required course requirements have not been satisfactorily completed.

8. Use of Certificates and Qualifications

Certificates issued by Global Healthcare Hub confirm that the named student has completed the applicable training programme and met the requirements specified for that programme. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our certificates should not be interpreted as professional licences, government-issued qualifications, or authorisation to practise a regulated healthcare profession. Students are responsible for confirming whether a particular certificate meets the requirements of an employer, professional body, licensing authority, educational institution, or other organisation for their intended purpose. Certificates must not be altered, falsified, transferred, or used in a misleading manner.

9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

Unless otherwise stated, course materials provided by Global Healthcare Hub, including training manuals, presentations, handouts, worksheets, assessments, videos, graphics, and other educational content, are owned by or licensed to Global Healthcare Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for the personal educational use of enrolled students only.
